Rural Seconds Terms & Conditions

– All Hydrain downgrade, seconds grade product and farmgrade (Seconds Range) is product identified and sold as is, where is.

– Therefore, there are no warranties or product guarantees.

– Prices are shown excluding GST, ex delivery and ex factory or ex DC.

– Regional stock pricing may vary.

– Prices are valid only while stocks last and are subject to review at any time prior to payment being made.

– Freight or Hiab delivery can be organised at an additional cost and delivered per our driver’s schedule.

– Freight cost covers one delivery location onto a hard stand with accessible gateways.

– Unloading is the customer’s responsibility, unless delivered by way of a paid Hiab delivery referred to at point 3.

– Product images are illustrative only and may not accurately represent the product.

– Product availability may vary across the country and from time to time.

– This product is sold on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be put on hold prior to payment being accepted.

– We endeavour to do our best to track stock quantities as we sell, but we take no liability in the event of stock outs.

– By purchasing our Seconds Range, you acknowledge that they will not be used in applications requiring a product standard.

– If they are found to be used in such applications, Hynds takes no liability.

– You acknowledge that a condition of purchasing these products is that no re-sale is allowed by you.
