The Hynds Stormwater Aquafix Separator is the industry’s most effective oil water separation and storage device and has had huge success around the country helping to keep New Zealand’s waterways clean from industrial contaminants.
The Hynds Stormwater Aquafix Separator uses a patented design to separate hydrocarbons from contaminated stormwater runoff using a coalescing media and an automated shutoff valve. The Hynds stormwater Aquafix Separator has a cleverly integrated weir structure giving it a market leading, 3445 litres of oil storage in the chamber, where other shut off valves require the pipe network to store buoyant material.
Hynds Stormwater Aquafix Separators are available in both standard and bespoke dimensions and are housed in a quality Hynds Manhole locally manufactured and supplied from our Pokeno and Christchurch factories. All our devices nationwide are sized by the Hynds Stormwater Team who will help guide you to the right stormwater solution for your project.
