Pinnacle® Sealed Box Culvert

The new Pinnacle® Sealed Box Culvert System is the first box culvert in New Zealand with a watertight rubber ring joint.

It is manufactured with a collar and spigot which together with the dog bone connector locates and locks adjacent units together.

By eliminating the need for separate lubrication, the Tylox® SuperSealTM gasket streamlines culvert installation, ensuring a fast, reliable, and cost-effective sealed solution.

Pinnacle® Sealed Box Culverts are:

Available in a wide range of sizes and strength options
Sealed joint tested and rated to 50kPa (5m head)
Can also be used as a chamber for example pump stations
Manufactured to a F3/F4 finish for structures that will not be seen or are only going to be observed at a distance
Higher classes of finish may be required in elements subject to frequent observation (F4), subject to close scrutiny (F5) or elements with painted surfaces
